Cancer immunotherapies have become established in modern cancer treatment and are firmly integrated into standard therapies. 

In particular, the successful implementation of cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cell immunotherapy, an adoptive cell therapy, is clearly evident in clinical landscape. 

Given that the aptamer-based strategies have proven to be a promising platform for supporting cancer immunotherapy, we aim to investigate their potential utility with CIK cells immunotherapy approach.
